Just... Wait for me
After 2 years, more or less, I'm back again publishing a new artwork.
Someone, somewhere, someday said "No one has ever written, painted, sculpted, modeled, built, or invented except literally to get out of hell." and it seems that, at least for me, works exactly in the same way.
Everytime I feel downhearted, I HAVE to paint, I HAVE to depict my thoughts.
In this particular time of my life I do feel frustrated.
Like never before, I feel that weight on my shoulders. I don't know if it's a question of age as the more life gets by, the more we become aware and conscious we don't have all the time we'd like to realize our dreams.
I always feel like my dreams were just there, right in front of me, ready to be realized... but, once I've almost reached them, like a chimera they disappear and all the obstacles, all the difficulties keep on holding me back, leaving me exasperate, exhausted.
All that is depicted in this image, the friesian like a beautiful chimera is waiting for me to reach it.
I'm arriving my sweet Chimera, walking, crawling, climbing thru mountains/obstacles, hanging in there, withstanding thorns/difficulties.
Just... wait for me, ok?
